Face of the Day with Revlon Lip Butter in Sugar Plum

This is another simple, very wearable face of the day. I'm still loving my MAC palette and have been trying out different eyeshadow combinations.

Face

L'oreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder
Now available in the UK accept with a slight name change, Nude Magique Eau De Teint. This is a really runny foundation, which you need to really shake up before using. It sets to a slightly powdery finish on the skin but doesn't look at all cakey or heavy. It has a semi-matte finish, so looks very natural on and has really good lasting power.
Available from Boots £9.99

Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer
One of my favourite under eye concealers as it has a good level of coverage, as well as highlighting.
Available from Boots £6.99

Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage
The best for concealing spots!
Available from Space NK £26.00

Guerlain Terracotta Moisturising Bronzing Powder in 00 Makeup Artist
I love a bit of bronzer all year round, just to give my face some warmth. This is a lighter colour so perfect for Winter time.
Available from Debenhams Currently on offer £30.60

MAC Mineralize Blush in Gleeful
I have been loving this blusher this month. It gives me a nice flushed, rosy glow. You do have to be careful though as its quite pigmented. Don't worry if you apply too much though, just use your foundation blush to blend over the top.
Available from House of Fraser £20.00

Eyes

Hourglass Brow Sculpting Pencil in Soft Brunette
Standard!
Available from Space NK £26.00

Illamasqua Brow and Lash Gel
I would never be without this!
Available from Debenhams currently on offer £10.35

Benefit Stay Don't Stray Eye Primer
As much as I hate the packaging of this (tacky and impractical, as it always pumps out too much) its actually a bloody amazing primer and keeps my eyeshadow on all day.
Available from Boots £20.50

MAC Expensive Pink Eyeshadow
This is a shimmery/golden pink colour, I think I prefer this when I have a bit of a tan as it looks a bit too pink on pale skin!
Available from MAC £10.00

MAC Shroom Eyeshadow
Again not one of my favourite MAC eyeshadows, I only this as a highlight in the inner corner of my eye and under the brow bone. This is not a bad colour by any means but just not a very "me" colour.
Available from MAC £10.00

MAC Wedge Eyeshadow
Now this is one of my favourites and I would highly recommend this if you just starting to build your MAC palette. This is a very light, neutral brown colour which works great as a transition shade. I smudged this through my crease and underneath my lower lash line.
Available from MAC £10.00

Benefit They're Real Mascara
One of my best discoveries of the year!
Available from Boots £19.50

And finally

Lips

Revlon Lip Butter in Sugar Plum
I thought I had every Lip Butter that Revlon has ever produced but apparently not! This is just a good everyday, slap on your lips without a mirror colour....I like!
Available from Boots £7.99

  2. Really pretty, I have that lip butter too! What colour do you where in that foundation? I find it a bit odd shade wise, and have similar colouring to you.

    1. Ah thank you. I just checked and I have it in the colour 318 Natural Buff but I did buy mine in America where they seemed to have a bigger shade range x
