March Favourites

I have been a bit boring with my makeup lately and have been using the same products pretty much all month long. I really narrowed down my favourites to the very best of the best this month, so there are some very good recommendations in here!

Milani Illuminating Face Powder in Beauty's Touch and Amber Nectar

I have become a wee bit obsessed with these blushers and now struggle to use anything else! I love the amount of colour they give and the glow they add to my skin. I do love a NARS blush but they are so pigmented, that sometimes its nice to use something a bit sheerer and foolproof! These are only available in the US but I actually ordered Amber Nectar from Amazon and it only cost me around £10 including shipping.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo +

I am always sceptical when it comes to skincare but I genuinely think this stuff is amazing. Before using this my skin was breaking out a lot and I had a lot of marks from previous breakouts.
I have been using this for about 6 weeks now and my skin hasn't been this clear in years. I just apply this every evening all over my face, before I apply my moisturiser. I still get the odd spot but it goes pretty quickly and I have noticed my scars and markings are now starting too fade too. If you are also suffering with your skin at the moment, please go and try this!

MooGoo Blemish Cleansing Moisturiser

MooGoo are an Australian skincare company who only sell natural products, which specialise in a range of skincare problems. My Mum is currently going through chemotherapy and some of their products were recommended to her. This moisturiser was a free sample and I was seriously impressed by it. I'm very fussy when it comes to moisturisers, I have only managed to find two I like and both of them (Kate Somerville Goat Milk and Boscia Self Defence) are only available in the US.
This felt really light on my skin but still very hydrating, plus combined with the Effaclar + my skin has been pretty much blemish free. Once I have used up my Boscia moisturiser I will definitely be buying the full size of this.

MAC Face and Body Foundation in N3

I am making the most of my clearer skin and loving this light coverage foundation because it keeps my skin looking like skin. As this doesn't cover redness or blemishes, I then go in with my Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage on the areas I do need extra coverage. My favourite thing about this foundation is that it doesn't feel like I am wearing foundation.
Trust me once you get used to this everything else feels like a mask!

NARS Copacabana Illuminator

This mixed in with my foundation = Perfect glowy skin

Let me know your current favourites, especially any Milani products! One thing I am very excited for is the launch of Chanel's new foundation, Perfection Lumiere Velvet. If you have tried it please let me know what you think!
